Terms of Service

These terms apply to ASO Tracker, a service run by Abdelilah Marrouss, trading as Salut Games, Morocco (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: contact@asotracker.net.

1. The service

ASO Tracker helps Google Play developers with App Store Optimization: keyword research and rank tracking, competitor and store data, an AI Advisor, and — when you connect your Google Play Console — your official statistics, publishing of store listings, releases and review replies. Some numbers are estimates (labeled as such); we never guarantee rankings, installs or revenue.

2. Your account

  • You must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person or company per account. Don't create accounts to get more free credits.
  • You may only connect Google Play Console accounts and publish to apps that you are allowed to manage.

3. Credits and payments

  • Paid features use prepaid credits (1 credit = US$0.01). Prices of actions are shown in the app before they run, and on the pricing page.
  • Credits are bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase (welcome and gift credits too). Unused credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and expire after that.
  • Keyword tracking is charged daily or weekly from your balance. When your balance runs out after a purchase, tracking continues for 7 grace days on credit; this amount is taken from your next purchase. After that, paid tracking pauses until you add credits.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping of the service, reselling of its data, or attempts to get around credit charges or limits.
  • No content in listings or replies that breaks Google Play's policies or the law. You are responsible for what you publish, even when the AI drafted it.
  • We may set fair-use limits (for example a daily safety limit on actions) and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on Google Play, the Google Play Developer APIs, DataForSEO (search data) and OpenAI (AI features). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control. If a check fails before it runs, it is not charged.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features and prices; price changes never affect credits you already bought. We'll tell you by email about important changes to these terms.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your data is then removed and remaining credits are lost. We may close accounts that break these terms; in that case unused credits bought in the last 14 days are refunded.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, rankings or installs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
