Refund Policy

ASO Tracker sells prepaid credit packs. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

Unused credits: full refund within 14 days

You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as you haven't used credits from it. If you have used some, we refund the unused part of that pack.

After 14 days

We look at each request. If the service didn't work for you because of a problem on our side that we couldn't fix, we refund the unused credits. Credits that expired (12 months after purchase) are not refunded.

How to ask

Email contact@asotracker.net from the address of your account with the date of the purchase, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. We answer within 2 business days.

Who processes refunds

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank can take 5–10 business days to show it. When a pack is refunded, its credits are removed from your balance.
