Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ASO Tracker (run by Abdelilah Marrouss, trading as Salut Games, Morocco) collects, why, and your choices. Contact: contact@asotracker.net.

What we collect

• Account: your email, optional name, a hashed password (we never see the password itself), sign-in sessions (IP address and browser, for security).
• Your workspace: the apps, countries, keywords and competitors you add, your drafts, Advisor conversations, settings and credit history.
• Google Play Console (if you connect it): your service account key, stored encrypted, and the data Google returns for your apps (statistics, reviews, releases, store listings).
• Payments: handled by Paddle. We receive the purchase, the amount, the country and your email — never your card details.

Why we use it

• To run the service you asked for: tracking, research, the Advisor, publishing.
• To bill credits and send you account emails (confirmation, password, low credits, receipts, and the weekly proposals you can turn off).
• To keep the service safe and working (fraud and abuse prevention, fixing errors).

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your data to advertise.

Who processes it for us

• Paddle — payments and invoices (Merchant of Record).
• DataForSEO — Google Play search data. It receives the keywords, countries and app package names you check.
• OpenAI — AI features. It receives the questions you ask and the app data needed to answer them (not your password or key).
• Google — Play Console APIs, with the key you provide.
• Our hosting provider and our email provider, to run the servers and send emails.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your workspace, Play Console data, conversations and credits are deleted. We keep purchase records as long as tax law requires. Public Google Play data (rankings, store listings) is shared between users and is not personal data.

Your rights

You can see and change your data in the app, export your keywords, and delete your account in Settings. You can also email us to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your selected app and country. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

Passwords are hashed, service account keys are encrypted, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; we'll tell you quickly if a breach affects you.
